Is Teams Phone really included?
Yes — Teams Phone licensing is part of E5. You still need a calling plan (Microsoft or operator-connected) to reach the public phone network, but the PBX functionality and Audio Conferencing are covered.
Can I mix E5 with E3?
Yes. Many customers put security, finance, legal, and leadership on E5 while the rest of the organisation stays on E3. We manage the mixed-license model end-to-end.
Do you help with Defender deployment?
