Are these genuine Microsoft licenses?

Yes. We sell genuine Microsoft 365 licenses and deliver them through standard Microsoft licensing flows.

How quickly will I receive my license after payment?

Most orders are processed within business hours. Typical delivery is within 1–24 hours, often much faster during business hours.

What information do you need to issue a quote?

Plan name, seat count, your country (Thailand or Singapore), and your company details if you need an invoice. If you are renewing, include your current plan and expiry date.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Thailand: bank transfer and PromptPay QR. Singapore: PayNow and bank transfer. Other regions: international bank transfer (and PromptPay QR if you can use a Thai bank app).

Do you issue tax invoices?

Yes. Thailand VAT and Singapore GST invoices are available where applicable. Provide your company details when ordering.

Do you support monthly and annual billing?

Yes. Annual is usually cheaper. If you tell us your preference, we will quote the best option for your plan.

Can I mix different plans in one organization?

Yes. Many organizations mix plans by role, for example Business for office staff and Frontline for deskless staff.

Can I change the number of seats later?

Yes. You can add seats at any time, and plan selection can be adjusted to match role changes.

Which plan should I choose for email on my own domain?

Most teams start with Business Basic (web-first) or Business Standard (desktop apps). Enterprise plans are better when you need larger scale, advanced compliance, or enterprise security.

What is the difference between Frontline F1 and F3?

F1 is for lightweight frontline collaboration on mobile/shared devices. F3 adds mailbox rights and fuller web/mobile productivity for frontline leads and supervisors.

Can you help with activation or admin setup?

Yes. We can guide you through activation and common admin steps. For complex migrations or advanced security/compliance, we can advise on the next best steps.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can move from Basic to Standard/Premium, or from E3 to E5, as your needs change.
